Educational Qualification :
- For Medical Officer : M.B.B.S. or equivalent degree From a recognized institute, recognized by MCI. Must have completed compulsory rotatory internship.
- For Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery : ANM from a Government recognized institute, registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.
- Nationality : Indian
Age Limit :
- For Medical Officer : 40 years
- For Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery : 55 years
Job Location : Ambala (Haryana)
Selection Process : Selection will be based on proficiency test/ computer test/ interview.
How to Apply : Interested candidates may apply in prescribed application form along with self attested copies of relevant documents, experience certificate & recent two passport size photo send to the office of Civil Surgeon, Ambala on or before 06.02.2017.
Venue of Interview : conference hall ADC office, Ambala city.
