In the initial 15 years of his career just after graduation, he was busy with carpets and jewelry business and then he joined TIE and says...
"I met great inspirational stories at TIE and perceived that having business of only carpets will generate 10 to 20 crore rupees at max, but if I can have different business simultaneously, then all of them can grow vertically and with a bigger value. TIE opened my eye to many businesses so, I started diversifying my business and I learned to invest in people to grow the business which led to a huge business model of about 15 companies in the last 15 years"..

RAIN gives an opportunity to its member for investing money in startup's. It gets 1 or 2 deals in a day and out of them 8 to 10 are scrutinized in a month and finally one gets invested. He mentions that..
" Succeeding in a startup is great, if you don't succeed, then you have learned a lot, and you will apply that; sooner or later you will have a startup".
He says in a job interview, interviewer will be happy even if you have failed in a startup because you have learned a lot and know the value of money. He also declared that.
"Last year we have invested 5-6 crore rupees in startup's and more than 10 crore rupees, we are going to invest in the coming time for which all the investors of RAIN are quite excited."
