Educational Qualification :
For Deputy General Manager : MBA/PGDM in Personnel/HR/Industrial Relation/ Rural Development from recognized Institute approved by AICTE or Master’s /Post Graduation in Social Welfare/ Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute approved by AICTE.
For Mining Advisor : Degree in Mining Engineering from any recognized Institution with 1st Class MMCC (Restricted) under the MMR, 1961
For Addl. General Manager : Degree in Mining Engineering from any recognized Institution with 1st Class MMCC (Un-Restricted) under the MMR, 1961.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : Maximum age limit is 50 years for Dy. General Manager, 70 years for Mining Advisor & 47 years For Addl. General Manager as on 31.01.2017
Job Location : Orissa
Selection Process : Selection will be based on personal interview of eligible shortlisted candidates.
