This award recognizes Wipro's innovative managed services delivery on a single platform covering IT Infrastructure, Business Process Outsourcing and Applications in a distributed global-delivery model, for the University of Canberra.
Wipro's engagement with University of Canberra commenced in 2009 in the areas of IT infrastructure services support, applications services, IT service desk and process consultation, Business Process Outsourcing including finance, human resources and student administration. The key benefits derived by the University of Canberra (UC) out of this engagement include ensuring the use of standardized and streamlined best practices for administrative and admission process improvement, and increased responsiveness and flexibility during a time of great change in the Australian higher education sector.
