The last date for applying for studying the undergraduate courses in UK is approaching fast. The last date to complete the UCAS application process is January 15, 2018. UCAS (The Universities and Colleges Applications Service) is a service provided by the UK government to the students who apply to any university in UK.
UCAS is compulsory for all the candidates who wish to pursue their UG courses in the universities of United Kingdom. For most of the universities in UK including Oxford, it is enough to fill the UCAS form but for other universities like Cambridge you will have to fill separate form in addition to the UCAS form.
For some courses in arts and design the deadlines are different, However, it is advised that students check the official websites to be sure of the last date.
The eligibility requirements vary from University to University and students must check the application criteria before going ahead with the application form.
International and non-EU students are required to fulfill some basic requirements in English Language. In general universities and colleges in UK accept both TOEFL or IELTS or both scores but is best that students check with the university or college they intend to apply to for the IELTS or TOEFL score required for the admission.
To complete the process, students will be required to provide a reference and the reference has to be a written recommendation by a teacher, advisor, or professional who knows you academically.
