St Stephen's College, known for its high cut off for scores, declared its first cut off list for the academic session commencing for the Delhi University.
The highest cut-off notified by the list is for the English honours programme which is at 99 per cent.
The number of applicants this number have evidently reduced. From 32,100 applications received by the college last year, this year saw only 23,500 applicants registering for the available 400 seats. This showed a 20 per cent dip in the number of interested candidates.

The college will also distinguishingly release separate cut off lists for the Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) (non-Christian), Christian Scheduled Tribes, Church of North India (CNI), CNI Delhi Diocese, Other Christians, Christian Person with Disability, Person with Disability for some particular subjects, and for Urdu students.
The candidates satiating the requirements of the cut-off lists will have to appear for a 30 minute aptitude test, which was scheduled to begin from June 20. 15 per cent weightage has been given to the marks secured in the test and interview, and 85 per cent weightage is carried by the marks secured in class 12 board exams.
