Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resources Development (SCMHRD) is taking its students to Singapore to give them a global exposure on Infrastructure. This 6 day trip from 11th December to 17th December, 2011 shall see the students visiting some state-of-the-art infrastructure of Singapore.
Singapore ranks among the top five countries with the best infrastructure. Their infrastructure is premeditated and built not only keeping the need for today in mind but also the rising needs and demands for tomorrow. The country exhibits a network of roads and transport that are modern, developed, well-planned and sustainable. This leaves no doubt as to why this batch of 15 students shall journey through the roads of Singapore as a decision taken by the director K Subramanian who believes, "We ensure we give the best to our students and we also believe in creating new avenues for them".
The students shall gain knowledge on how to not only build and develop but also sustain infrastructure. Students shall interact with experts from government bodies from the Urban Development Authority (UDA), Housing Board Development (HBD), the transport department of Singapore and the like.
An enthusiastic batch of MBA in Infrastructure Management students await their trip who shall replicate some of the Singapore wonders through projects at SCMHRD.
