Provided the hurdles in the execution of RTE Act, a great deal of effort in delivering impartial quality education appear to have miscarried. What should be done to precise it?
RTE is 100% a progressing regulation. But our talk seems futile when it includes providing value education to students coming from underprivileged backgrounds by flagging off RTE. The answer to this lies in refurbishing government schools, which are the solo choice of economically backward children. By undergoing drastic change in improving government schools, worthy education shall be able to reach to majority of underprivileged students. In today's India, many schools support themselves under minority label for their getting exclusion from delivering education to such students. Does RTE really stand true?
Do you envision a leading role for technocrats in supremacy and strategy? Even humble urban elucidation appears to hop into political obstacles.
Yes of course, the matter should not be neglected. From olden times, the contribution of optimistic technocrats has proven beneficial in bringing a noticeable change. This applies to all state and national level governments. Let us fascinate gifted minds to offer greater ideas and philosophies. The only thing needed to execute this is a roomy environment and crystal clear targets. Meritocracy should be acknowledged inevitably. We live in an environment which is critical to flourish.
The initial bang is a good signal, but we face a problem of uneasiness over sustainability as there are many that work on technology developed elsewhere. Any comment on this.
There is no evil in getting somebody's help to execute a task, but yes the task shall be strictly executed well. The matter ponder over is how to avail this technologies at reduced rates. It then becomes predictable to value such expertise. On the commencement of program,hard-work should strive to achieve this by taking utmost care not to rival others. There has to be worth accumulation.
