The registration process for the Common Management Admissions Test 2018 will begin from October 20 and according to a notification on the official site of the exam (aicte-cmat.in), the exam is scheduled for January 21. The last date to submit the application form is December 15.
CMAT exam is a national level exam and was launched to help students reduce the physical, mental and financial stress which they face in attending the multiple entrance exams.
Eligibility
The applicant should be a graduate in any discipline Final year students can also apply for the exam.
Exam pattern
CMAT is three hour long online exam which evaluate the students in Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness segments.
All segments contain 25 questions and are of 100 marks each.
Final result of the candidates is determined by both- over all test score and individual section score. Ties between the scores are determined by the performance of the students in individual sections. Those who score better in quant get the better rank. Other sections follow the order after quant sections as:
- Logical reasoning
- English comprehension
- General awareness
