The Executive Development program, Leadership Deep Dive will make its first appearance in the Middle East with the course set to start in just over one month. With prominent organizations filling the limited spaces in this exclusive program, there are few weeks remaining to register. Participants will benefit from one-year of executive coaching allowing them to gain competitive insights leading to optimal performance throughout their organizations.
The program is presented by CCM Consultancy and Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management. The Weatherhead School of Management is renowned for its work in organizational behavior; one of the program's lead faculty, Dr. Richard Boyatzis, is considered a pioneer in Emotional and Social Intelligence. His books, co-authored with Daniel Goleman, on the topics of Resonant Leadership and Emotional Intelligence, have attracted countless followers.
"Many top-level corporations have participated in coaching sessions held in the US and New Zealand. These companies know what it takes to lead in their industry, and more importantly, how to stay on top with stiff competition in the market. Due to cost-cutting, many organizations expect more from their executives, often times with fewer resources available. Allowing executives to refine their management approach is cost effective in increasing an organization's bottom line," commented Edward Matti, Managing Partner, CCM Consultancy.
"Very few leadership programs emphasize Organizational Development focusing instead on business acumen in management, which falls short of the true developmental requirements needed for an organization to succeed. Even fewer programs offer the attention that we do in that both training and coaching continue for a full year," Matti added.
Companies can experience this international leadership course without having to travel outside of the region, implying a significant cost savings. Additionally, the tuition includes all sessions with material, online support, and one-year of executive coaching from faculty. Participants can also enjoy conversing with the faculty during breaks and over dinner as the tuition also covers food and beverage. The lead faculty for the program include: Dr. Richard Boyatzis, Dr. David Cooperrider, and Dr. Melvin Smith.
This one-year 9-day program is delivered in three separate 3-day sessions on September 24-26, 2012, January 28-30 and May 27-29, 2013 at The Address Hotel, Dubai Mall.
