Four women teachers, responsible for asking the girl to remove her top innerwear before entering the classroom to write the NEET exam now, have been suspended for the one month by the school authorities. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan told that state police will further probe the matter.
The school management, where the shameful incident took place, has also started their own probe into the matter for finding what happened on Sunday.
In the state capital in the Kerala Assembly, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, replied to the submission of Leader of Opposition Ramesh Chennithala saying he has asked the police to conduct probe into the matter and register the case against the defaulters.
"This arose because of the dress code and we will register our strong protest against the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) to the Centre," said Vijayan.
On Monday, the Kerala State Human Right Commission wrote to the National Human Rights Commission, demanding immediate action against the person/s responsible for carrying the shameful act.
The incident occurred on Sunday at a National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test center in Kannur District where the girl was asked by the school authorities to remove her top innerwear before sitting in the exam.
