The result of class 12 compartment examinations is now live on CBSE official website cbseresults.nic.in.
The examination was conducted by the board on July 16 and the practical examinations were held within three days after theory examinations were over.
Steps for checking the results:

"¢Click on the 'Exam results' section
"¢The result page will be displayed
"¢Click on the link 'Compartment Result-2016 for Class-XII'
"¢Enter all the required details such as roll number and school number
"¢The result will be displayed
It is advisable for the candidates to take the print out of their results for future reference.
Some facts about the board exams this year:
"¢As per reports, a total of 14,99,122 candidates have applied, out of which 44,66,41 are girls and 6,21,259 are boys.
"¢Sukriti Gupta from Montfort School in Ashok Vihar topped CBSE by scoring 497 marks out 500.
