Hostel life is one of the most significant parts of life in college. But for the new students at National Institute of Fashion Technology in Kangra, there's some bad news in this regard. The authorities have withdrawn the hostel facility for boys with immediate effect.
Foundation gets students from the nation over, who will now be compelled to make their own courses of action to get a settlement around the local area.
The foundation administration has, in any case, kept up that the stride has been taken in the wake of looking into the condition of inhabitance.
Quite, there is no overhaul about the office withdrawal on the site.
"We have a young men lodging in a leased building, however a larger part of the students have taken their rooms in the city. Subsequent to evaluating the circumstance, it was chosen to withdraw the inn office," said S Bala Sidhartha, chief, NIFT grounds, Kangra.
NIFT Kangra is one of the 15 branches of the nation, that was introduced in 2009. State government had contributed its offer of around Rs 50 crores to set up this foundation.
The new session was begun for the current month. Around 150 students took affirmation in different courses, said sources.
