Common application process for the State Services Examination and State Forest Services Examination 2017 has begun and the last date for applying for the same is January 8, 2018. There are 202 vacancies for the State Services and 106 vacancies for the forest services. The selection process will include the prelims exam, main exam and the interview.
The preliminary exam for the tate Services and Forest Services is scheduled for February 18, 2018.

Eligibility
- Candidates applying for the State services must be a graduate from any field
- Candidates applying for the Forest services can be a graduate in one of the mentioned subjects: natural science, mathematics, statistics, geology, agriculture, environment science, forestry, horticulture, veterinary science, computer applications/science, engineering or any other equivalent degree.
- The minimum age for applying is 21 years and maximum age is 28 years.
