The Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCSHAU) held a meeting of the Board of Management. For the fiscal year 2015-16 an annual budget of Rs 375.75 crore has been approved.
The chairman of the meeting was vice-chancellor K S Khokhar.
According to Naveen Jain, the University's controller there has been an increase of 7 per cent compared to last year.
The state plan (agriculture) will contribute 56 percent, the state non-plan (agriculture) will contribute 30 per cent and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and other agencies like University Grants Commission (UGC), Department of Science and Technology will contribute 9% per cent of the total budget.
The internal resources of the university will give in to the 5% of the budget.
The funds of the budget will be allocated as follows

Welfare of the students-2%
