The notification for the JEECUP has been released by the Joint Entrance Examination Council (Sanyukt Pravesh Pariksha Parishad, U.P.).
Candidates who are interested in the exam can apply online on the official website of the JEECUP-- jeecup.nic.in. The exam conducting body has made the Aadhaar card mandatory for registrations from this year.
Exam schedule
- April 22, 2018: Group A (Engineering/Technology Diploma courses).
- April 22, 2018: Group B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I and K1 to K8 (other courses)
JEECUP is held for candidates of diploma courses in the polytechnics courses in the institutes affiliated to Board Of Technical Education, U.P.
Eligibility
Age: The aspirant must not be less than 1 years old as on July 1, 2018 and there is no upper age limit.
Exam fee:
General category: INR 300 + bank charges
Reserved category: INT 200
The result of the exam will be declared by the authority in the third week of May 2018. The score comprise of the actual marks obtained in the exam along with the status of those who qualify for appearing in UPJEE.
How to apply
For applying, candidates will be required to upload their scanned photograph, signature and thumb impression at UPJEE website. Candidates must also keep other details such as class 10 certificate, Aadhaar card along their side when filling the form.
Upon submission of details, a confirmation page with application number will be generated. Download that page safely as it will be required for downloading te admit cards
