The famed Delhi located Jamia Millia Islamia has decided to introduce four new courses in the field of biophysics, gender studies, disaster management and public health.
The admission process for all these courses for the upcoming session will kick start from tomorrow.
The institute's spokesperson, Mukesh Ranjan was quoted saying "Four new courses - MA in Gender Studies to be offered by Sarojini Naidu Centre for Women's Studies, MSc in Biophysics (Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Basic Sciences), PG Diploma in Public Health (Department of Social Work) and Diploma in Disaster Management (Department of Geography) -- will be introduced from the academic year 2015-16,"
He further added that "In addition to these academic courses, new specialties have been introduced in Master in Physiotherapy (MPT) programme such as 'Neurology' and 'Cardiopulmonary'. These two specialties are in addition to the existing ones such as 'Sports' and 'Orthopedics',"
The application process for various courses begins tomorrow and would run till 1st May.
