If government wants quality educations so they have to give rewards to teachers because you can't expect a competitive faculty at lower salary. It means the salary of teachers is very less so, the government needs to enhance the structure of salary. If they improve their salary structure so that they give quality education to students that are beneficial for their future and make their career successful. A recent study states that the University of Punjab take a position of India's best university and comes under the top 205 institutions that are able to give best and higher learning facility across the world.
Few educationists express their views and demand to improve the salary structure. If we treat teachers better so that they also treat students at a higher level and we get capable students that can able to run our nation successfully. So, it is very necessary thing that we were ignored for a long time. If our government expects from teachers that they give their hundred percent so it's a duty of government that they also treat them better. The AICTE said that we have to give stressed on technical education and give to the students because this is very necessary in today's environment.
We need to improve the techniques at the level of undergraduate because this is a correct time and stage of improving. So, upgrade the skills of teachers which are teaches to students at school level. If they teach and give technical knowledge to student at this level so the root becomes strong and they grow better and make successful to their career. Another reason is that, at undergraduate level is the base of every student so we need to upgrade it. Also, the programs for training of teachers need to be upgraded such as B.ED because these programs give the capability to teach students and also give various tricks. If these programs will be updated according to today's fashion so we get cream students or we can say brilliant students that are technically strong.
There are few highly qualified teachers opposed the system of board exam and they said how one exam can decide the luck of lots of students. So, various teachers support this view and recommended to boost the base of technical knowledge of students. If students are technically strong so they will always ready to fight in any competitive exams and win.
On the other hand, if we discuss on the question of employment, then most of the people are continuously struggling to get a good job which is helpful for their career and life. When we asked about the employability of students so the percentage of students that are getting jobs in professional course so, it is quite high as compared to those students, which belongs to the field of science and humanities. The number of students of professional course is double than humanities and science background students.
A recent study states that, it is not true that good marks can get you a good job. If any student getting good marks in their graduation so it is not surety that he/she will get a nice job in their life.
