The big question of today is about the quality of education, about the employability and scale. It means everyone ask questions on these topics. Those are finest sellers of our education system so they give solutions of problems so here are few things and we require making our education valuable and meaningful.
"· Attitude:-
In spite of remembering questions and answers and follow the old style, we have to learn our course by getting some new and modern ideas. It means, we can try to learn our course just like playing a football in playground. Education and learning is a major part of our life and the role of faculty is just like a trigger. The reason behind that is they are able to give new ideas and ways of learning instead of remembering in old pattern. If we can change our learning style, then we are always ready to fight with any competition. So, we need to change our attitude that makes our life successful.
"· Basics:-
We need to get attention on the primary or basic things whether you are studying in higher classes. The reason is, if they are expert in their basics so they will get a better job in their upcoming life. If they do correct arithmetic questions, know the basics of reading and writing so they are always reaching top position in their school. Also, get confidence in speaking, debating and making a perfect and well-organized argument and these all things they can apply their life to become a successful person.
"· Care:-
If you walk and enter into any classroom so you will get the strange feeling that makes the difference of care. The interaction level between a teacher and student explains their compatibility and motivation and also explains their learning procedure. Those are having a job so they are always try to do better and care for their job to get highest level of achievement even it is principal, faculty, district education officer or parent. They always motivate other people and begin a good chain in the direction of improvement and care. Care is enough to do a great job in any industry.
"· Design:-
Today, the major problem in our education system is designing and this is the only initial solution to improve it. Good design of teaching systems, assessments, school timetables, lesson plans, governance systems and school information system which is monitored by school management system will change the face of our education system. If our education system is well designed so it will directly affect our students and they get easily employment in their life. Nowadays, people are not able to get perfect job in India because of this reason and they are not educating with a properly designed education system. If they were studying well-organized system so they are struggling and easily get employment in their respective field.
