Evaluating your own interests and likes will give you a right answer to your query. Do not compromise for a lesser interesting degree because it is you who has to carry forward your studies for another three or four years.
Delhi University offers a number of good placement options and proper education in both B.Tech and B.Sc courses. The only thing to worry about is having a decent percentage in your intermediate examination to clear the high cut offs which are the first step towards landing in a good college under the Delhi University.
Whether B.Tech or B.Sc the career prospects of a course depend majorly upon the fact whether you are loyal towards your course of not and are really inclined towards the particular subjects to study. So choose wisely according to your interests!
