In this very competitive world, you cannot afford to stay behind. Where everyone is trying to be one step ahead from each other, you cannot just have a single plan in mind & give a shot. You have to have a supportive plan in your mind. Always be ready for what coming next. Do not give up. Keep your head up high in the sky & make the world follow your footsteps.
If an employee leaving a job, it doesn't mean that he has lost the interest in it but it means that now he knows the way to reach heights. He might be joining up a new firm on a better package. Present world is really demanding. They expect more from what you do. No matter you put all your efforts on the table to them, to prove yourself, still their expectations never ends.
Never give a chance to someone to question your integrity. Never let anyone underestimate your abilities. Show them with the best of the backup plans you have even in worst circumstances. How your bosses feel when they assign you the responsibility & you answer in a NO to it. Reasons will be not actually reasons, they will be silly excuses. This shows you are never prepared for good opportunities to knock out your door. Or even if it comes to you by luck, you don't respect it as it should deserve. Believe in yourself that you can do everything, nothing is impossible. Let's take a very small example, in exams you always carry an extra pencil. Suppose you lost one, you'll definitely go for a back up. And if the backup is not available, it leads to failure or losing the opportunity.
When you miss the bus, you do not go back to home with nothing in your hands except failure. You try to catch another bus on time, you do not lose hope. Trying harder continuously automatically shows you the way to your goal. If you want to be successful in your life, never lose an opportunity. It's not just an opportunity, it's a chance to climb the ladder up & prove you to be the best amongst all. So do not fit yourself in the comfort zone, Accept challenges with open hand. Life is target oriented & you should be careful while making commitments. Because, once you'll commit something, you cannot make excuses to deny that.
