21st century - not just linear development
Development is what we are doing work for. Either we directly contribute to development or we work for people who directly interact with development and contribute their efforts in it. This modern world has so many technically equipped resources to develop faster than ever. This is the reason we are now developing with rate of some unleashed atomic particle suspended in fusion. This era is surrendered to development now. As per current development and innovations in human race we can predict this century to be amazingly growing and developing.
Linear Development: Our development has branches. We grow in all directions. Linear development is when we hold a string of development and keep on growing with it, considering this as a verge and leaving all the possibility of growth in other direction concentrating only this one as our almighty field of development; but we don’t do that. We are no more linear in development we grow in directions we cooperatively grow like spider creates its womb. We have this strategy of overall growth in order to make things better than before. Our development motives are no longer linear and static. We are stepping ahead to modernize ourselves in omnidirectional development. This social science discipline and approaches are mostly used in this direction. We study society and taking support of our scientific growth now we do this research thing to decide growth sectors and factors to work with.
One main objective while deciding growth and development can be studying about how desirable changes can be achieved best in society. We can now think upon way of development that is supportive to us in our overall growth. We have some development theories. We study theories of this development research and we concentrate on factors affecting growth of human race.
Modernization, structuralism and dependencies: Modernization in this century has been the most liked change. With modernization our needs became demanding and worth exploring. We developed and designed easy and better ways and techniques to fulfill our own requirement of luxury and then we put another step ahead towards the development. This structure of our society is old and we are going to change it in better and much modern. This Structuralism drives our development. Our lives are depending upon so many things. Theories have proved “buzzing of butterfly in one end of earth can create hurricane in other end of earth.” This states our dependencies. In nature things are strangely depending to each other.
As always said: “things get messy when they are handles simultaneously.” This statement is quite unfair and unfit to modern 21st century. Actually multitasking is now a new trend. We in time, have improved ourselves so much that we are now capable of making things work in a way that they might seem us to be getting done simultaneously. With these many specialties and resources 21st century is the most powerful time of history and this time will be remembered in future for a quick and omnidirectional development boom.
