Taiwan has been looking to increase their range of education in the South Asian countries. India is one of the major places where they are looking to establish their study centers. They have been in touch with the Indian institutions to get into India with their education courses. They are now going to open up a study center in India. This is great news for Indian education as it could give a real boost the education in India.
A new study center was opened by the Taiwan [VNS] on 4th September in order to get a better chance to promote their education. The Tsing Hua University opened this center in association with the IIT Madras. This is located in the city of Chennai. They have been granted permission by the education ministry of the country. This will be beneficial to the Indian students.
There were representatives from both the educational foundations. There was a contract signed about the education that the Taiwan are going to provide. The contract was signed by both the representatives of the institutions at the opening ceremony that was held earlier on the 4th of September. The contract says that the institution will now provide Chinese education to the students of the IIT.
A teacher is likely to arrive by the end of the month in order to take charge of proceedings of the new contract signed and the courses that will be offered. There are already 7 teachers teaching these things in other universities like the O.P Jindal University, Amity University and the Jamia Millia Islamia University at Delhi. The education of these colleges is rated very highly across the globe. Now the same level of education will be provided in the IIT Madras campus for the students who are interested in learning the language.
These courses were first started in the country in July. It was noted that these courses were designed to teach the Indian students Chinese. The proficiency of Chinese education will be improved in the country. The courses emphasize a lot on how the Chinese economy has become one of the strongest in the world. It shows the road to development in developing and under developed countries of the world.
The teachings of these courses will be in the traditional Chinese language. The traditional language is a lot more artistic. The modern way of writing Chinese is not appropriate as it destroys the value of the Chinese culture. The original and traditional language keeps the people connected to the Chinese traditions and culture.
This is a great move to take the education levels of the country to a higher level. When there are other countries coming to India to teach their languages it means that there is a huge scope for growth in the country. The students of the country will benefit a lot in the global arena. This will surely increase the competency among the Indian students. The education of the country will gain a lot.
