**NOTE: All full time students of the
University to note that it is mandatory for them to pay for Student Health Service,
whether or not they have alternate medical insurances. Full time students who
are not enrolled to the Penn Student Insurance Program have to pay a Clinical
Fee ($514 for Academic Year 2015-16), twice a year, i.e., every semester .
