Railway Recruitment Boards organizes a Civil Services examination for the recruitment of non-technical categories in Grade C services, i.e., Clerks, Assistant Station Masters, Ticket Collectors, Train Clerks, etc.
There are about 21 Railway Recruitment Boards in India. All these RRBs are located at Ahmedabad, Ajmer, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Bilaspur, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai, Muzzafarpur, Patna, Ranchi, Secunderabad.
