Jamia Millia Islamia has extended the application date for its undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and certificate courses to 25/04/2016. The last date of application earlier was 21/04/2016 for sixteen thousand seats within the varsity.
The application method for all the courses "” with the exception of Bachelor of Engineering and design courses "” within the varsity is on-line this year.
However, the admission type isn't for the Bachelor of Engineering and courses of Architecture.
Candidates may register themselves on http://jmi.ac.in/onlineadmissionform and refill the admission type as per the data provided by the portal. The scholars may also contact the helpline which is available at +91-9836319994 for any admission connected queries.
Once the applying method is over, Jamia carries out the entrance examinations for all its courses in the seven centers across the country. For a few courses, interviews also are conducted before a candidate's final choice.
The university this year has conjointly introduced 9 new courses.
Politics: International & Area Studies, Arab-Islamic Culture, Social Exclusion and inclusive Policy, M. Technical in Computer Engineering and part time certificate courses in Chinese Language and intensive diploma in the Chinese Language are some of the new courses started this year in the university.
