The registration process for the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE 2019) for girls has been reopened by the Sainik Schools Society. Earlier, the registration process was closed on September 23, 2019 and now has been reopened.
According to an update on the official website, only female candidates can apply for the admission from November 26 to December 6, 2019. The official website is -- sainikschooladmission.in. The entrance exam is scheduled on January 5, 2020 and the final merit list will be released on March 20, 2020. Through the entrance exam, students for admission to classes 6-9 will be shortlisted.
Steps to apply for the AISSEE 2019

- On the homepage, click on the link which says ‘Application form’
- You will be redirected to a new page
- Fill the form and pay the application fee
- Download the application form and take the print out of the same
Registration fee for the AISSEE 2019
- General category and defence category candidates: INR 400
- SC/ ST candidates: INR 250
AISSEE 2019 exam pattern
- Class 6 exam: 125 questions will be asked for a total of 300 marks
- Class 9 exam: 150 questions will be asked for a total of 400 marks
