Phase 2nd of NEET Exam was conducted by CBSE on July 24 successfully whereas the Phase 1 was held on May 1.
There were reports about the leak of the paper which were refused By CBSE. To the news of leak, CBSE reacted by saying that it is an attempt made by some unscrupulous elements so that they can cheat the candidates.
Recently a petition has been filed and details of the petition are as follows:
1.Petition has been filed seeking the re-examination of the NEET paper (Phase 2).
2.Anshul Sharma an aspirant of NEET said that "Uttrakahnd police points out that five persons (one from Delhi and four from Bihar) belonging to inter-state racket were arrested on July 23, a day before the entrance exam."
3.Sharma also mentioned Tanvi Sarwal case saying that "court ordered the board to re-conduct the AIPMT exam when allegation regarding the paper leak surfaced in Harayana."
During that time CBSE also denied any report about the paper leak but the following the court order the re-examination was held within four weeks.
According to official website of CBSE AIPMT, the answer keys will be available for both exams from tomorrow and the result will be declared by August 7th.
