First Year Junior College (FYJC) will declared it's third merit list for admissions in various colleges for students who have passed the 10th class examination.
The admission procedure has been taking place online and it is rumored that certain colleges have given admissions to the students from the offline mode of application. To deal with this issue, deputy director's office had issued a circular for all junior and degree colleges on the admission process. It stated that some colleges were giving offline admissions to students, warning the latter to be cautious as such admissions could get cancelled if done by completely bypassing the online process. The Samiti has also said that an audit of the online admission process will be conducted for all the colleges.
The third merit list was supposed to be displayed earlier but the date got postponed due to Eid festival. It is announced that candidates who get admissions inthe third cutoff list will have to submit the fees in the allotteddates of July 13 and 14, 10 am to 5 pm. The fee amount is Rs 50. Speculations on the decrease in percentage in the third cutoff list were there. Sangeeta Srivastava, Principal of TP Bhatia College, said, "I don't think cut-offs in the third merit list will come down drastically. The third merit list is likely to have names of those students who didn't get admission in the first two lists."
Candidates can check the third cutoff list on the official portal. As per the statistics, 2.2 lakh candidates had registered themselves for the admissions this year. Brainbuxa will keep you updated on such news, take a halt at Brainbuxa for more.
