Trying to solve the curious case of CBSE papers leak, Delhi Police is currently interrogating the owner of a coaching center in the Rajendra Nagar. CBSE has shared the name of owner in the class 12 Economics paper leak.
The police investigating the leak of class 12 economics paper and class 10 mathematics paper under two separate cases.
The owner of the institute is a graduate from DU and used to teach mathematics and economics and is one of the prime suspects in the paper leak.
The officials said that as of now they have found no clue indicating his involvement in the leaks.
“It is too early to say that CBSE officials are involved or not, but the investigation so far does not indicate such a thing. We have spoken to some students and coaching institutes and their teachers who had received copies of the leaked papers to ascertain the source of the leaked papers,” he added.
The Delhi Police has received the numbers from which the papers were circulated among the students using the WhatsApp. As of now, police is trying to identify the users of this number.
The investigators have also asked the CBSE to disclose the details of how papers were dispatched from the examination centers.
