On April 17, The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) successfully conducted class 12 Economics exam across the nation.
Economics is one of the main subjects in commerce stream, which happen to be very scoring as well. According to majority of students, economic exam this was straight forward and easy. They were able to complete the exam on time.
A class 12 student from DPS Noida, Samayara said "The paper was really easy and nothing came out of syllabus. I am expecting to score above 90 marks in this exam."
Exam carried few tricky questions
According to some students Question no 13 of the exam was toughest of all and that solving it required more time and mental ability than the rest of the questions in the paper.
Difficulty level: Medium
As the questions in paper were direct, most of the students are hoping to score high marks in this exam.Speaking on the difficulty level of the exam, a student named Anamika said "The difficulty level of the paper was medium and all the questions were easy to crack."
Exam scheme
The exam was divided into two sections namely: Macro Economics and Micro Economics
Part A: Introductory micro economics
This section covered 50 marks out of the total allocated marks 100 and 16 questions were asked in this section of the exam.
Part B: Introductory macro economics
This section covered the remaining 50 marks out of the total 100 marks and 16 questions were asked in this section of the exam as well.
Many students said that the exam was easy with nothing out of the syllabus.
