On June 27, The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) declared the results for the class 10 exams on its official website at biharboard.ac.in.
This year, for the BSEB class 10 exams more than 15 lakh students appeared in the examination at various test centers across the state out of which Prem Kumar tops the exam by scoring a total of 465 marks out of 500.

The results for the BSEB class 10 exams were terrible again this year as a little over 49 percent of total number of students managed to pass the exams.
Data of the last year result
- In 2016, the class 10 results were declared by the BSEB on Sunday, May 29 and in contrast to pas percentage in 2016, this year, board recorded a sharp dip of 28 percent in the pass percentage.
- More than 17 lakh students appeared for the class 10 exams out of which only a little over 8 lakh managed to pass the exams.
- Pass percentage of the boys in the state was 54.44 percent which 17 percent more than the pass percentage of the girls, which is 37.61 percent.
From 2018, The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will conduct the class 10 exams from February 21 to February 28 for which the exam forms will be available from December 29 to January 8, 2018 and the last date to submit the exam fee including the late fee will be January 12, 2018.
