KalaRasa, The Art House with a novel concept is being established in Bengaluru, the city of emerging creativity. In July 2013 it will be launching the Art Gallery, which is one of the many creative segments under this art house. For the launch exhibit in July this year, KalaRasa calls for professional creators, art students and budding artists to bring forth their artworks to be displayed at the promising space of its gallery.
It is presenting an occasion to showcase creations in the figure of sculptures, paintings, art installations, printmaking and photography. It is welcoming artworks from all zones - contemporary, traditional and conceptual. Along with renowned art collectors, this art house is aiming at young art admirers in the city, and that will take artists' attainment to levels higher than the conventional market space.
At its art house, with the presence of art development centre, architectural and interior designing division, fashion store and publication unit alongside the art gallery, KalaRasa is ensuring that Art is taken beyond the four walls of an art gallery. The artists associated with the art house will be granted with opportunities of artist engagement programs, workshops in the premises, at corporate houses and other institutes.
This Art House with a motto to promote serious art is inviting artists from India and around the world to be part of its launch event. During the inaugural show at the art gallery, they will put up minimum of two art creations from each artist and approximately 100-125 artists will be displaying their works.
