Our higher education system requires creative changes because there are lots of individuals roaming here and there for employment. In the convocation event of Hill University, Pranab Mukherjee said the solution of unemployment problem. They said we need to change and create innovative ideas that are helpful to improve higher education system. Mukherjee expressed his opinions and according to him, the higher education management needs to integrate.
He said that the delivery of higher education in our India is not helpful and it can't permit to walk with routine fashion. It means our higher education system is very slow as latest trends and technologies. So, they need to enhance and develop innovative things that are really useful and helpful to every person. Due to this problem, we are continuously lacking in the field of proficiency and modernization. But there is an urgency of every person that we need to introduce some modern changes in our education system.
He also feels very pity and disappointed that our Indian universities are not reached any position in the list of top 200 global ranking. This is very disheartening point for all because we are very backward from other countries in the field of education. So, there is a correct time or we can say it's an urgency to improve our higher education system and get a rank in the global list. He also said that we will hire some experts from other countries so they will help us to enhance and improve our system. Through this way, we will achieve excellence and also give practical knowledge to our students. This is a best way to receive a brilliant higher education system in India and develop our nation.
The standard of our academic syllabus is not so much high as compared to other universities of world. It means they have high standard courses which is really useful and helpful for students to get practical and innovative knowledge instead of Indian universities. The president said at the convocation of Hill University that we have to be very careful, if we want to achieve a rank in the global list. It is very necessary to get the rank as well as to develop our nation. Nowadays, various people are going abroad to do higher studies because they know their Indian universities and because of that, they can't get employment. This is the reason why most of the people prefer master's degree or graduation from abroad universities.
Pranab Mukherjee also launched or we can say inaugurated a club that is an innovation club. It is especially constructed for looking research activities and several disciplines. In this club, students study there and get some innovative ideas that are useful to make their career in the direction of success. He also said that our Indian universities have to develop a link to International universities. The reason behind that is through this way, they know its trick and system of arranging their education. They know their management system well and develop our higher education system just like that universities.
