After graduation many candidates today cannot land a decent job out on the market and those who do, most of them are working for the petty amount of money. I remember, one of my friend after 4 years of graduation in CSE (Computer Science Engineering) landed a job of 5000 per/month as a developer.

This money today is not sufficient to pay the rent today even when you are living on sharing basis, forget about the other expenditures. After sometime he started working in two companies -- one during the day and in another during the night.

Such is the situation of many graduates today in India because the difference lies in the skills which you learn during the graduation and skills which are required for the job. Forget about getting any experience!
