After this the session was overtaken by Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia who very well covered the topic with his ideas and vision, focussing the urgent need of quality in education at all levels.

Moreover, Manish Sisodia accepted the fact that philosophical foundation can defiantly bring changes in the system. He also urged that we need professionals to run the education system to improve the situation of the ongoing system. He also adds that we need an education ministry but unfortunately in our country we have the HRD Ministry instead of Education Ministry.
