Admit cards for SSC CGL Tier 1 for northern region are now available on the official website of SSC which is sscnr.net.in.
The examination is scheduled to be conducted from August 27 to September 11. This year, over eight lakh candidates have applied for the exam. There will be no interview.
Meanwhile, SSC has released the details of the examination date, time and other details on concerned regional websites of the commission.
Also, SSC has released the admit cards of the Western Region candidates.
Steps to download the admit cards
- Log on to the official website
- Click on the relevant link
- Enter all the required details such as roll number/registration number
- Further, enter your date of birth in the space provided
- Also, "Verify Human"
- Click on "Search Now"
The admit cards will be displayed
Exam Pattern
- The commission has decided take the Tier-I and Tier-II examinations in computer-based mode in place of OMR-based mode
- The exam will have four sections namely, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension
- The duration of the exam would be of 75 minutes. The candidates who are suffering from cerebral palsy would get 100 minutes to complete the examination
- The commission has decided to reduce the number of questions from 200 to 100 in the Tier-I examination. The exam would carry a total of 200 marks.
