Karnataka CET 2018 exam is now open for the registrations and candidates who are interested in applying for various professional courses in the state of Karnataka can register themselves for the exam by logging into the official website of Karnataka CET 2018.
The exam is held to determine the eligibility of the candidates for "admission to the First year or First semester of full time courses for Government share of seats in Engineering, Technology, B. Pharma, 2nd year B.Pharma, Pharma-D courses and Farm Science courses".
According to the official notification of the Karnataka CET 2018, candidates who are interested in Medical or Dental or AYUSH courses must qualify the NEET exam and candidates who are interested in Architecture courses must qualify NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture). NATA is conducted by the Council of Architecture.
Steps to apply
- Register yourself by visiting the website http://kea.kar.nic.in and following the link which says 'CET-2018 UG Online Application'
- Enter all the details and upload scanned copy of recent passport size color Photograph, Signature and Left Hand Thumb Impression in JPG / JPEG format
- After filling all the details print the challan copy and make the payment by visiting the specified branch of the bank.
- Take the print out of the application on the A-4 size paper and get the seal and signature of the principal. The copy of the same needs to be produced during the document verification process.
