NEET UG 2018: Official notification to be released soon; Aadhaar card mandatory for registration

Based on the last year's schedule, it is expected that CBSE will roll out the official notification for the NEET UG 2018 exam soon. However; there has been no official statement from CBSE on the subject matter.

NEET is a single window national level exam which is conducted by the CBSE to determine the eligibility of the candidate for the MBBS and BDS courses offered by the medical and dental colleges.

NEET UG 2018 will be conducted in May 2018. The question paper, this year will be available in 11 different languages -- Hindi, English, Urdu, Gujarati, Marathi, Odiya, Bengali, Assamese, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada.

According to the reports, this year, there will be a single question paper which will be set in different languages.   

Students who wish to apply for the exam need to have Aadhaar card. However; the rule is not applicable to the students from Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and Meghalaya. For NRI candidates, passport number in mandatory.
