Central Board of Education (CBSE) has now released the examination admission cards on July 7, 2016, for aspirants who have applied for National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) Phase-2.
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET-UG is a doorway for the graduate medical courses (MBBS), dental courses (BDS) or postgraduate courses (MD / MS), for those students who wish to study any in government or private medical colleges in India. NEET is conducted in two phases. Phase-I was conducted May 01, 2016 and around 6 lakh candidates appeared for the examination to qualify for various medical colleges across the nation. All the candidates who did not appear in Phase-I are given a chance to appear on Phase-II of the examination. Phase-II will be conducted on Sunday, July 24, 2016. As per the guidelines, candidates who appeared in Phase-I can appear in Phase-II of the examination only if they are willing to give up the Phase-I examination score. A number of 4.7 lakh students are likely to appear for the entrance exam.
As per the directives of the Supreme Court of India and the Ordinances promulgated by the Central Government on May 24, 2016, NEET-II (UG), 2016 will be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi, for admission to various medical and dental colleges across the nation that offer undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various disciplines.
Candidates can download the NEET Phase-II 2016 admission cards by following the below-mentioned steps:
1. Log on to http://aipmt.nic.in/aipmt/online/AdmitCardAuth.aspx
2. Enter Registration No, Date Of Birth, and Security Pin (which is shown on your computer screen)
3. Click on 'Submit'
4. Download NEET 2016 admit card.
