Mock test for the JEE Advanced 2018 has been released by the IIT Kanpur on the official website of JEE advanced-- jeeadv.ac.in. JAB will conduct the exam on May 20.
The national level exam is conducted to determine the eligibility of the candidates for the admissions in IITs, NITs and other engineering colleges.
For admission the candidate must score the rank among first 2,24,000 (including all categories) by scoring the positive marks in Paper-1 of JEE Main 2018. To take the JEE Advanced, candidates first are required to clear JEE Main.
Unlike last year, JEE 2018 will be conducted in fully computer-based test mode. The exam consists of two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2, each of three hours duration.
In 2018 JEE exam, 4000 more students are eligible to sit for the exam. The number of seats and other details regarding the exam will be released later.
There are about 10,998 seats across 23 IITs across the nation.
