In a shocking event, all the students of class 10 of a government school in Palwal failed in the Haryana board class 10 exams. As a result, the education department of Haryana has asked the authorities to take strict action against the school and teachers responsible for the disaster.

Palwal District Education Officer (DEO) Suman Nain said that all the students of the Deeghot Senior Secondary School in Palwal have failed the class 10 exams conducted by the Haryana Board.

"My department has written to the deputy commissioner of Palwal to take strict action against the teachers as per rules," she said after the state government ordered a probe into the poor result of the school.

Jitender Tanwar, sarpanch (village head) of Deeghot village said that angry over the results, villagers locked the school as a protest against the poor education and carelessness of the system.

Of all the students appeared for the exams, 51.15 percent students passed the exam of which 55.34 percent are the girls and 47.61 percent are the boys.
