The classroom discussion was extension of the awareness. The students were asked to get responses from their immediate neighbourhood about their views on 'child labour'.
Dr Natasha Mehta, Principal EuroSchool, Airoli said, "EuroSchool observed that 215 million children are still labouring to survive and more than half of these are exposed to the worst forms of child labour, including slavery and involvement in armed conflict. Hence, it was very important for us to conduct practical activity on the same. This has helped build a better understanding at an early stage. We wish to continue our awareness campaign in every possible way to usher in a change and see the world as a place 'where the mind is without fear & the head is held high' as Tagore had once dreamt of.
