Due to CAA unrest, AKTU postponed the polytechnic exams

Due to ongoing unrest over the Citizenship Amendment Act, the APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow has postponed the polytechnic examinations. The exams were scheduled to be conducted on December 23 and 24, 2019. Old semester theory examinations have also been postponed by the university amid the protests. These exams were also scheduled on December 23 and 24, 2019.

The new dates of the exams will soon be released by the AKTU.

Earlier, the university has postponed the exams scheduled from December 19 to 21, 2019. In a recent notice, the university had informed that the exams which were to be held from December 19 to 21 will now be held from January 5 to 7, respectively.

The UP Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari, Prayagraj, has also postponed the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) amid the protests over Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) in the state. The exam was scheduled on December 22 (Sunday). The new dates of the exam will be announced in due time.
