The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has urged the students to not believe any fake circulars and rumors about the class 10 re-exam date. The authority has also issued a circular in this regard and asked the parents and students to remain vigilant from such fake circulars.
The letter, dates March 30, is a work some mischiefs who are misleading the students, parents, and teachers. In the letter, it is written that the class 10 mathematics re-exam will be conducted on April 30.
CBSE urged the students that only circulars, which are available on the official website of the CBSE are authentic.
The fake letter said the following:
“The Board would be conducting the class 10 mathematics (code 041) for all candidates except the students in CBSE schools located abroad. The candidates will appear from the same allotted centers using the same admit card. The date of the said examination will be April 30, 2018.”
The board has been under the rage attack from students and parents alike ever-since its class 12 Economics paper and class 10 Mathematics paper were leaked.
The rumors about the leak of the Hindi and political science paper were also floating but they all turned out fake.
The HRD ministry asked the students not to rely on such rumors and they should report incidents of the ' hoax leaked papers' to the CBSE.
In another report, the Board has decided against conducting the re-exam of class 10 as the evaluation of the answer sheets revealed no major shift in the performance of the students as compared to their internal marks.
