Bengaluru: ICSE schools urged to choose the CBSE approach. The honoured Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination board overhauled its course, structure and teaching procedures this Friday. This make over was decided on its 58th annual conference with an intention to consolidate education to encase class 12th exam papers in accordance with CBSE pattern. This shall be put into action from the year 2018.

CISCE have induced a radical change in the percentage of theory and practical conducts. The previous 50% theory and 50% practical has now been revised to 70% theory and 30% practical, counting the subjects as elective ones. The modification is said to be operative from 2016 ICSE examination onwards.
