The Calcutta University has released the results of the BA/BSc part 1 exams (honors, general and major) on its official website. All the students who had appeared for the exams can check their results and scores by visiting the official website.
The University had already declared the results of the B Com part-I (honors, general and major) examination, 2017 on January 17.
Steps to check the results
- Log on to the official website of the university-- wbresults.nic.in
- Click on the link 'Result of BA/BSc part 1 (honors, general and major) examination 2017'
- In the fields provided, enter the required information in the prescribed format
- Download the result and take the printout of the same if necessary
Also, days after a record number of students failed to clear the Part I BA and BSc examinations under new rules, the university authorities decided to hold the exams under the old rules and published the fresh results of the students who had failed in the exams. Students were blaming new rules for their poor results.
