CBSE board exams date-sheet has been released by the CBSE. Board exams are conducted annually in which more than 30 lakh students appear. CBSE offers 240 subjects in both the classes combined. The Board, along with the date-sheet, has also released guidelines for the students regarding time and other formalities of the exam.
CBSE board exam guidelines
- Students are expected to reach the exam hall well ahead of the scheduled time
- Answer sheets will be provided to the students between 10 am to 10:15 am
- Before the announcement to commence the exam is made, students can only fill the particulars on the answer sheet provided
- After this, Assistant Superintendents will check and sign the answer sheets
- The question paper will be provided at 10:15 am
- Until 10:30, students are only allowed to read the question paper thoroughly and can also devise a strategy to attempt the question paper
- Writing answers will only begin at 10:30 am
- The duration of each paper is mentioned on the date-sheet beyond which students will not be allowed to write the answers
- Class 10th exams will be held from February 15 till March 20 and class 12 exams will be held from February 15 till March 30.
