It looks like a dream come true for Meerut boy, Prabhav Gupta. He is 20 years old and is a fourth-year engineering student who scored 99.99 percentile in the common aptitude test (CAT). Currently, he is preparing for his dream college- Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. There are four more students who managed to crack CAT from Meerut- Harsh Mittal came close to Prabhav with 98.4, Sidharth Jain with 94.5, Shubhankar Jain with 93 and Akash Panwar with 92.

As per Prabhav, a student at BITS Pilani in Rajasthan, he didn't study much for CAT. He was busy with his engineering studies and didn't have the time to prepare for CAT. He simply observed previous year's papers and gave mock tests. He only took coaching classes for a short span of time and that too over weekends.

He is proud of his hometown, Meerut. As per him, it is home and till class X, he studied at St. Mary's Academy. He completed his schooling from Dewan Public School. He thanked Meerut and its schooling for giving him the confidence to stand against the big city kids whiles his stay in Pilani.

Prabhav doesn't have any big plans for himself. He is not someone to settle abroad. Unlike other IIM pass outs that choose t stay abroad, he would like to settle in India. It is his way of paying back to his country. Also, India is growing fast with many opportunities and staying here provides comfort, said Prabhav.

He shared his joy and happiness with his friends from Pilani as he couldn't be home after results were announced. He took his B.Tech friends for a dinner treat to a local caf.
