As students are busy giving a final touch to their board exam preparations, the UP government on its end is gearing up for the cheating free exams. Recently, a meeting was held among State Education Minister Dr. Dinesh Sharma, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Chief Secretary of UP government, Director General of Police, and officers of the Education Department. The meeting was held to discuss the steps taken to prevent cheating during the exams.
Dr. Dinesh Sharma tweeted about the meeting which was held through a video conference. Earlier, the Education Minister had also inspected the live monitoring facility for the board exams. The board exams will commence from February 18. The forenoon session has been allotted for the class 10th exams and afternoon session for the class 12th exams. The UP board exams will conclude on March 6.
Some of the measures taken by the UP government include installing CCTV cameras and voice recorders at the exam centers. The administration has also identified hyper-sensitive exam centers and special steps have been taken to avoid any misdemeanors at these centers.
